As Cho walked down the somewhat busy street of Diagon Alley she glanced around. She was heading to Flourish & Blotts to pick up a new book. There wasn't a particular book she had in mind, she just wanted something to read on her free time. Or when work was slow enough to read. She had already finished all of the books she owned, read some of them more than once. Now she needed at least one or two new books.
Cho smiled slightly as she pushed open the door and entered the book shop, hearing a small bell ring, signaling a new costumer. She walked further inside, moving away from the door in case someone else was to come in. She glanced around the shop for a few moments before moving to one of the less crowded bookshelves. The shop wasn't terribly big and sometimes was pretty crowded, like today.
She ended up at the shelf in the very back of the shop, most of the shelf contained books Hogwarts students might need for classes. Cho knelt down to look at the books on the bottom shelves, occasionally moving over as she looked.

Severus walked into Flourish & Blotts. He didn't know what he was doing there, but he needed to do something that would keep his mind off what he had been thinking about for the past week...Lily & Dumbledore. He walked into the store a bit futher. He started heading over to a shelf of books, but the owner of Flourish & Blotts walked over to him. He could tell something was bothering him "Are you ok Severus?" he asked. Severus just shook his head "yeah im fine" He said lying. "Ok then" the owner said not really sure if he should believe Severus or not. The only reason the owner walked over to him even though he was a supposed Death Eater was because he could tell something was wrong. He didn't push it though.
As Severus was making his way to the Muggle section of the store. He couldn't help but to think about Dumbledore and Lily. "Stop it Severus stop thinking about it. It'll just upset you even more. Just stop thinking about her" He said to himelf more than anything. The Owner looked at him. He still didn't believ that something was wrong, as something clearly WAS wrong. He just didn't know what. He really wished he wasn't in this situation at the moment, but there was no going back.
They had recently put in the section with muggle books seeing as a lot of Wizards and witches like reading muggle books as much as muggles do. Some witches and Wizards howerver wouldn't be caught dead over here. Severus wanted something, so he thought he'd try it. He started scaning the shleves for something intresting to read deperatley trying to find something to do, so he could put all these thoughts out of his mind. He really didn't need to be thinking about it. He knew there was no way to go back. He had to keep going on as if nothing was wrong for the plan to work.

Cho continued to look along the shelf, not sure which book she wanted to get. She couldn't remember reading many of them which should've made her selection easier, but it did the opposite. Having so many choices meant she just didn't know which book to get. Cho was never good with decisions, no matter how small or trivial they seemed to be. It was one of her weaknesses, something she openly admitted to as well. She hoped that she wouldn't always have that problem, but just like her inability to perform successful potions, it seemed that it would be.
Standing back up Cho then moved further down the shelf to keep looking. She ran her pointer finger along the spine of each book she passed. An old habit she had when looking over books and their titles. Half of the time she didn't even completely realize that she was doing it. After a few more moments Cho stopped in front of a muggle book that seemed somewhat interesting, just by the cover. But knowing that not all books were as interesting as their cover made them appear she picked up the book and read over the back.
Once Cho found that it did seem interesting enough she opened up to the first page and began walking. She knew that reading while walking probably wasn't the best thing to do, since she tended to be a little clumsy, she did it anyway. After reading the first page she went on to the second and then the third, slowly walking by the shelves of muggle books. As she walked she felt herself bump into someone. She instantly jumped back and closed the book, "I'm so sorry." She said quietly before looking up to see who it was.
(That's OK, I understand. Sorry I haven't replied sooner, I got distracted when I started to reply back and then I've been a little busy these past few days.)

Severus was looking for a book, and didn't notice that someone had bumped into him. When he heard someone say that they were sorry he looked up, and over at them to see who it was. He remembered that voice, but he hadn't heard in in awhile, so he wasn't sure who it was. Severus looked down at her. He wasnt sure what to say. He didn't want to say anything rude, since he didn't trust himself at the moment, so he just nodded indacating that it was ok. No smart come back came out of Severus Snape's mouth.
The owner was still watching him. He didn't believe that Severus was okay, but didn't say anything. He didn't want Severus to yell at him, so he just watched him very careful trying to find something that would say that he had been lying. He watched him as Severus picked up another muggle book. He was a bit shocked that Severus was over in the muggle location of Florish & Blotts. He knew severus was a half blood, but he thought that Severus hated muggle books.
Severus opened the book that was in his hand. He read the back of the book to see what it was about, but then placed it back. He didn't like so much of what it was about. The book was some love story, and it just made him feel worse than he already did at the moment. His thoughts started to drift back to Lily "Why the hell can i not stop thinking about her. God d**n It Severus She's dead..Gone...never comming back ever. Thinking about her won't let you forget about what happend, and thats exactly what you need right now" he said mumbleing to himself. He wasn't aware that Cho was still there, that and he just wasn't thinking.

Cho didn't say anything else when she saw who it was. She just waited for him to say something and was a little surprised that he didn't. He just gestured that it was OK and started walking away. Cho had expected something sarcastic or rude, just something. Not that she minded at all. Dealing with sarcasm or rude comments wasn't always her favorite thing to do, especially with Snape. Cho glanced over her shoulder and the opened her book again, moving so that she was standing against the wall and out of the way.
As Cho continued reading where she was in the book she couldn't help but thinking of her cousin, Keiko. She knew that Snape and Keiko had been friends and that she was very upset when he betrayed the Order. Cho could only imagine how angry and upset she had been by that bit of news. Imagining that only made Cho dislike Snape even more than she had before. She hated the thought of her cousin being hurt in anyway, for any reason at all.
Cho shook the thought away as she listened to what he had started saying. Not wanting to ease drop but not being able to help it she closed the book and looked over at him, like the shop keeper was. He was clearly talking to himself but Cho didn't know why or about who. She was curious enough to ask, but didn't. She didn't want to make him angry or more upset than he appeared to be. Even though Cho didn't like him she didn't like upsetting anyone. So instead of asking she stayed where she was, trying not to stare too much.
