Ever wondered about the American Wizarding School?

There is a private boarding school called Elderwood, that only very few talented and special young people can get into. In the middle of the Pennsylvania woods , Elderwood stands a tall castle, accepting only the brightest minds of the country. But many of the wealthiest parents why their own children cannot get in simply with money.
It's because they don't have magical powers.

The Pilgrims weren't the only people coming over on the Mayflower.
In 1587, a group of Pilgrims attempting to escape the harsh rule of the English kings, sailed to North America and attempted to settle a colony there. But after a year or so, the colony disappeared, with no word or trace of the people left. There is no formal explanation of why this occurred, but many believe that it was because the Native Americans captured them and made them become part of their tribe.
Well, they are wrong.
The last attempted at settling in the America's by the Roanoke colony was made by wizards and witches, and they did in fact set up their own culture. But they did it in secret, like they had been doing for thousands of years.
The school was eventually founded by Mr. James Elderwood, and acceptance into it has been sought after for years. But even though the school is known to the Muggle world, it's magical properties still remain a secret.
During the battle against Voldemort, Death Eaters were even in America. While fighting them off, families were ripped apart and destroyed. Since the grounds and the school of Elderwood were ravaged, it was closed. Now, five years later, it has re-opened. But will things ever be back to normal?
