It is 23 years after the defeat of Lord Voldemort in the final battle. Some of those who were killed at the hand of Voldemort and his death eaters were revealed to be only knocked unconcious and returned to the world. A number of students headed back to the ministry of magic to retrieve those who were unconcious behind the viel in the department of mysteries and they have been returned safely to their families. The Order of the Phoenix has been re-created and many members are looking to keep those death eaters that are still around at bay.
But why was no-one paying attention to the werewolves?
Remus Lupin, ignoring the pleas of his wife and the Order, went underground in the werewolf tribe that lives in the streets of London to figure out whether a threat made by Fenrir Greyback was true. Fenrir, not thinking that it was strange, welcomed Remus back after he made up a story of being held by wizards.
Why did they not listen to the werewolves?
Approximately two days after he went underground Remus came home, tired, wet and sore. The only person home was his daughter, Kali, who managed to force the information out of Remus. "The werewolves are on the rise, planning to take over the wizarding world and force the wizards into submission, they are under Fenrir Greyback and they want Harry" Remus collapsed after making Kali promise not to tell Nymphadora and a few hours later he was in St Mungo's. He recovered but now he is working with his daughter undercover, trying to work out how to break to the Order what is happening and how to defeat the werewolves once and for all.
