SECRETS OF THE BLOODSTONE
Enter.The.Battle
Its now the 18th Century of the Vampire-Lycan Reign and the world is in a greater state of turmoil than most realise. The Vampire-Lycan war that has been reigning for 15 Centuries has taken a new twist and now the Warriors, Warlords, Demons and Slayers have joined in for the fight. The humans, for the most part, remain ignorant of the battle that is raging on around them.
But now a legend has arisen once more and the Vampire Clan Leader, along with her followers and allies, are in greater trouble than before, should this legend prove to be true. The legend tells of seven stones, known as the Vampire Stones, that hold the key to improving the power of Vampires and Lycans alike, along with most other species.
The Moonstone; Stone of the Night Wanderers; brings the power of 'night visions' or 'night premonitions' and gives the power to sense supernatural beings in the general area. This stone, currently in possession of the Vampire Elder Amelia who often predicts attacks on the Manor House where the Rogue Knights reside, more so than the other Vampire sub-clans.
The Apache Tear; Stone of Healing; this stone increases a Vampire or Lycan's healing abilities and gives Warlords and Slayers the ability to heal any wounds or injuries (with exclusion to broken bones, head injuries and injuries in the general area of the heart). This stone is currently lost. It is believed that it is hidden beneath the water in the Corvinus Caves but that is just a rumour.
The Emerald Stone; Stone of Life; this increases the life span of any Human, Slayer or Warlord by at least 200 years. The effect on Vampires and other immortals is unknown. The Emerald Stone is buried within the foundations of the Emerald City Ruins where its last protector and master died. Many have searched the ruins but have not been able to find it yet.
The Ruby Stone; Stone of War; this is the most dangerous stone of them all, taking control of the wearer or possesser and increasing their violent nature so that they attack anything. Many believe that this stone is what influenced the Warlords to turn against their Warrior counterparts and attack anyone and anything within reach. The true possessor of this stone does not use it for self gain but keeps it in the hope of reuniting it with the Sapphire Stone. Hercules Son of Zeus currently holds this stone on Selene Corvin's orders, due to its lack of effect on him.
The Sapphire Stone; Stone of Harmony; this stone is the counterpart to the Ruby Stone. The Sapphire Stone counteracts the effects of the Ruby Stone and brings harmony, calming anger, and preventing fighting. This stone was traditionally carried by the peacemaker of all the tribes, Alexander Corvinus, but following his death it is uncertain where the stone ended up. Many have tried to find it but none have succeeded.
The Opal Stone; Stone of Enchantment; this stone's power works only on Vampires and Lycans so no other race has been interested in tracking it down. The Opal Stone reverses minor enchantments that may have been placed upon a Vampire or Lycan but cannot reverse Vampirism or Lycanthropy. This stone is kept locked up inside the Manor House at all times. Kahn is the protector of this stone.
The final stone; The Bloodstone; The All Powerful; this stone gives the power of true immortality. The Bloodstone is hunted by many but few have found it. It has the ability to increase strength and healing powers, bring courage and make the possessor truely immortal. The Dark Knight has been searching for this stone for her own gain for three centuries. The stone is currently in the possession of Selene Corvin, clan leader. No-one other than Selene, Michael and Amelia are aware of who is protecting the stone.
Now it is time for you to choose. Will you follow the legend and battle your way to the Bloodstone or will you help protect your clan and the stones that are under their protection. The time has come to choose a side. Where do your loyalties lie?
